"Joe has remodeled both of my bathrooms and recently my kitchen and all I can say that is that Joe was wonderful to work with. He had put a lot of thought and care into the projects which was seen during the construction and in the completed finish work. Joe took the time to get to me and knew exactly how I wanted my projects to look. He was able to adapt to any changes we had made during the construction process and knew exactly what I meant even if I wasn’t able to word things correctly. Joe has a good sense of taste when it comes to the finish work and was willing to make suggestions when I asked. Joe was able to also suggest great places to get cabinets, tile, etc., that had great quality without breaking the bank. Joe has made sure to keep only the best contractors with him (plumbing, electrical, his own personal crew) and everyone was great to work with. "A dear friend recommended Joe Nin Construction. She said Joe was honest, did quality work, was detail oriented and a good friend of the family. That was just what I needed to hear. My Patio cover was rotting and needed to be replaced. Joe tore it down and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess.

The replacement of the old patio cover was one that my son designed for my husband and I. Joe couldn’t have been nicer or more respectful of my wishes. Joe’s additional design ideas were exactly what I wanted. Joe was patient in trying to fulfill my request as it changed from the original plans.

What a fantastic job. I have a cupola in the center of the patio, letting in light during the day. The recessed lighting for night time and the beautiful fan are a dream come true. I couldn’t be more pleased with Patrick and his crew who worked on the patio. The quality and care they put into the construction was outstanding. Joe’s constant eye on their progress gave me added confidence in a job well done.

"We have worked with Mr. Nin since 2014. Joe has done four major house projects and many smaller projects. These major projects include replacing the master bathroom carpet and tile with new tile; laying a vapor barrier under the house; removing over 500 sq. feet of kitchen counter top tile; disconnecting plumbing for the sink and dishwasher and reconnecting it with a new faucet; removing carpet; cutting and nailing hardwood floor planks for several large rooms, hall and small closet. The smaller projects include hanging paintings, moving furniture, installing new “can” LED light fixtures, touch up painting, fixing toilets, and cleaning up all debris.

As demonstrated above, Mr. Nin has a wide range of skills for a general contractor. Joe excels in every project he did for us. When we work with Mr. Nin, we know the work will be done and done well. We can rely on Joe and his honest responsible work ethic and skills.

"We needed our kitchen Demo'd and some other electrical work around the house. We were referred to Joe at Nin Construction by a co-worker. From the day we met Joe to go over the work we needed, we knew we were working with the right guy. Joe installed recessed lighting in our kitchen, moved our hood vent about a foot and ran a dedicated circuit for our microwave and then installed the microwave too. He was very helpful, had honest suggestions to questions we had, and did the work we needed in the time-frame he said he would at very reasonable prices. "I have had to complete quite a few home renovation projects in the last three years, ranging from emergency situations to aesthetic updates, and Joe is without reservation "our guy!" When our bathroom had a leak that caused mold growth, Joe jumped right on the job. He worked with our insurance company to replace the subfloor, ensure all mold was safely removed, and add a tile floor. He completed the job as outlined, in a timely manner, and we haven't had one issue since.

When we remodeled our kitchen, Joe completed the demo, placed cabinetry, and added new floors. This was a large project and although it had the potential to be intimidating, Joe was reassuring, gave us a clear timeline to completion, and an accurate idea of cost. I even tasked him with expediting a back-splash install that would be ready in time for a group of relatives arriving; he rearranged his schedule to accommodate that because he truly cares about us as clients. He takes charge of a situation while consulting necessary changes respectfully and promptly. He has impeccable attention to detail and works until the job is done perfectly.

Although I appreciate my beautiful new bathroom floors and stunning kitchen, what I appreciate most about Joe is his professionalism and promptness. He is articulate and clear. He takes the time to draw out pieces of the project when he can see that I don't have the expertise to envision the intricacies of the project. When we thought another issue arose with our bathroom, Joe was out to our house the very next day. He is extremely prompt; he often picks right up and if he is unavailable, he calls back within 24 hours. He itemizes his work and is honest about what he has provided. Joe is patient, even when we have asked the same question for the third time. He takes care of his clients and shows passion for his work. I have recommended him to both my mother and father, and they have called to tell me how thrilled they are with his work."
